We are an international, multi-disciplinary team of researchers at TMG Research, a ThinkTank for Sustainability, based in Berlin, Germany.
Our research project Soil Protection and Rehabilitation for Food Security is part of the special initiative One World – No Hunger (SEWOH) financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The SEWOH aims at fighting hunger and malnutrition in rural areas with a focus on smallholder farmers. Under the umbrella of the SEWOH, we support the implementation of the global programme Soil Protection and Rehabilitation for Food Security by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Benin, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, India and Kenya.
TMG Research has worked closely with the GIZ programme Protection et Réhabilitation des sols pour améliorer la sécurité alimentaire (ProSOL) in Benin since 2015.
